Management Team
Nortem Capital is led by Francisco Carbó Molina, a professional with over a decade of experience in strategy, business development, and operations in sectors such as banking, healthcare, education, and pharmaceuticals, among others. He also holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.
Nortem Capital is backed by domestic and international investors and business leaders from northern Spain who are committed to the growth and long-term success of the acquired company. These investors provide capital and serve on the Advisory Board during the search phase and on the Board of Directors during the operational phase.
